The Age Forward Coalition is a broad consortium of San Mateo County (SMC) nonprofit and community organizations and advocates dedicated to serving
older adults and adults with disabilities in SMC for many years.
 

Our Coalition

• Engages in advocacy & acts as a catalyst for community partners

• Strives to ensure the highest possible attainment of independence, health, and well-being for this target population

• Provides a means for collaboration among the members to network andaddress goals for improving the lives for this target population
